Creating a booth and start business on Ciity has never been easier:


1. Sign Up for new account.
a. Fill the form with required information of yours.
*Remember: providing full details of yours will give you better credibility.
b. Select from the drop-down menu the special / cooperative offers that you willing to provide exclusively only for City members?
*This will be the basic cooperative offer that you mainly provide, however you still can provide other offers through your booth.
c. Click "Sign Up!" button.



2. Buy a Pro Membership:
a. Login to your account
b. Click on your profile photo.
c. Click on "Go Pro" from the drop-down menu.
d. In "Pro Member" option box, click on "Upgrade" button.
* You should have enough balance in your wallet to purchase Pro Membership, otherwise you must top up your wallet, simply by clicking on "Wallet" button.
e. From the Wallet dashboard, click on ‘’Replenish’’ button.
f. From the Replenish My Balance pop-up window, specify the amount of Pro Membership, then click on "Replenish" button.
*Please note that all amounts are in US Dollars.
g. The system will ask you to choose a payment method, once the method chosen, you will be redirected to external link to accomplish the transaction.
h. Once the replenish transaction succeeded, click on "Go Pro" from the drop-down menu, click on ‘’‘Upgrade’’ button. Then from Pay By Wallet pop-up window click on "Purchase $amount".

3. Link your PayPal account:
To make withdrawals and manage your balance, you must link your PayPal account to Ciity:
a. Login to your account.
b. Go to "Settings", then click on "Balance", in the Balance Settings page enter your PayPal E-mail.
c. Click "SUBMIT" button.



4. Enable paid subscription to your booth:
a. Login to your account.
b. From the upper right drop-down "My Account"menu, click on settings, then choose "Monetization" tab.
c. From "Monetization Settings" page assign the price that you’d like to be paid for subscribing to your booth, in "Subscription Price (How much users will pay to subscribe to your booth?) ", then click "Save" button.



5. How to post / share a video?
a. Login to your account.
b. If you are using a laptop or a desktop click on "Create", or click on "+" button if you are using a tablet or a smartphone.
c. You may post a video using three different manners, uploading a video, importing a video from third party platform, and creating a short video.



6. How to make a rentable video?
a. Login to your account.
b. Post a video.
c. After the video has been successfully posted, click on the video, then click on "Edit video" , in the "Rent price" field describe the rental amount of your video.



7. How to post your video for sale?
a. Login to your account.
b. Post a video.
c. After the video has been successfully posted, click on the video, after that click on "Edit video" , in the "Price" field describe the selling amount of your video.

In order to make withdrawals and manage your balance, you must link your PayPal account to Ciity:


a. Login to your account.
b. Go to "Settings", then click on "Balance".
c. In Balance Settings page, you’ll find your Available Balance, and you can manage maximum limit of your ad campaigns, also you can assign a withdrawal amount, beside checking your withdrawal transactions.

To understand and use your wallet on Ciity, please follow the following steps:


a. Login to your account.
b. Go to "My Account", then click on "Wallet".
c. Click on "Replenish" button to replenish your balance on Ciity from your PayPal account.
d. Click on "Transfer" button to move your balance to your wallet so you can use it to create ads and use other features.

Promotional Point System gives the users the ability to earn points out of their interactions on Ciity, where they could use those points for earning cashback facilities and/or special shopping offers provided by the booth owner (the Pro Member). Each comment on video = 10 points.
Each like to a video = 5 points.
Watching a video = 25 points.

Free member’s daily limits of earning points = 1000 points.
Pro member’s daily limits of earning points = 2000 points.
